The 24-hour Delegate Rate includes:

• Three-course dinner with coffee
• Single occupancy of a double Bronze or Silver Room
• Daily newspaper
• Full English breakfast in the Restaurant
• Use of meeting room from 9am to 5:30pm
• Use of the hotel's audio-visual equipment
• Morning coffee
• Two-course lunch in the Restaurant, or working lunch, with coffee
• Afternoon tea
• Use of hotel facilities, including Spa, golf course, outdoor tennis courts, croquet lawn
• All service charges

The VIP 24-hour Delegate Rate includes:

• Single occupancy of a Gold Room or Junior Suite
• Pre-dinner canapés
• Three-course dinner with coffee including private dining
• Daily newspaper
• Full English breakfast in the Restaurant
• Use of meeting room from 9am to 5:30pm
• Use of the hotel's audio-visual equipment
• Continuous tea/coffee during meeting
• Two-course lunch in the Restaurant, or working lunch, with coffee
• Wireless Broadband access
• Use of hotel facilities, including Spa, golf course, outdoor tennis courts, croquet lawn
• All service charges

The Daily Delegate Rate includes:

• Use of meeting room from 9am to 5:30pm
• Use of the hotel's audio-visual equipment
• Morning coffee
• Two course lunch in Restaurant, or working lunch, with coffee
• Afternoon tea

Notes:

• The 24-hour delegate rates are valid from Sunday to Thursday inclusive
• Rates for meetings over a weekend can be quoted on an individual basis
• The hotel has 58 air-conditioned bedrooms and suites
• Free accommodation is offered to partners sharing a bedroom, with meals, drinks and extras charged as taken
• There is a supplement of £6.00 charged for breakfast served in your bedroom
• At the request of the majority of guests, there is no smoking in the restaurant, but guests are welcome to smoke in the bar and in one of the lounges
• Although we prefer gentlemen to wear a jacket in the evening, we leave this to your discretion. However, guests are requested not to wear denim in the evenings and gentlemen are asked not to wear short-sleeved shirts in the evenings
• Children over 5 years old are most welcome. They do, however, have restricted use of the Spa facilities
