At the The Coastline "Best of the Best Awards" held at a glittering Oscar-style ceremony at The Regent Centre last night in Christchurch, Dorset, Adam Hart received the "Professional Young Chef of the Year" award.
Food lovers in Christchurch were invited to vote for their favourite eateries and dining experiences as part of this year's Christchurch Food & Wine Festival. These awards were offered across twelve categories and voting took place from 1 to 28 February 2011.
Adam is part of Executive Chef Luke Matthews kitchen brigade at Vetiver, Chewton Glen's new restaurant which opened officially on the 5th May.
