Exclusive use at Chewton Glen Hotel provides that extra bit of privacy and flexibility for your celebration, business or incentive event or for the ultimate wedding.
"Exclusive Use" venue hire in Hampshire at Chewton Glen guarantees total privacy of the main hotel, with the restaurant and lounge areas being closed to non-residents as well as use of all 58 luxurious bedrooms. The cost for Exclusive Use of the hotel is based on the intended day of arrival and includes the following:
- Accommodation: All our luxurious Double or Twin Rooms, Suites & Master Suites for Single or Double occupancy
- Complimentary Newspaper
- Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet Access
- Full English breakfast
- Use of the Private Dining Rooms of the hotel
- Use of all the Meeting and Function Rooms
- Use of all hotel facilities including the golf course, outdoor tennis courts, Health Club and Spa (excluding Spa treatments and indoor tennis courts)
- VAT
- All service charges (absolutely no further gratuities required)

Prices are per night. Exclusive Use starts from 3pm on the intended day of arrival and ends at 12 noon the following day. (*) A minimum two night stay applies at weekends

Need to know facts about Exclusive Use:
(*) Normally bookings at the weekend are for a minimum two nights, though single night Exclusive Use are occasionally available. Please note Exclusive use is Subject to availability and excludes certain dates throughout the year.
Please be advised that we are unable to offer the Spa and Golf Club exclusively due to private membership. However, the Spa has its own private entrance and, therefore, members do not enter the main hotel.
