The treatments in the chakra well-being range are bespoke to each client. Seven blends of essential oils, chosen for their harmonising qualities with the appropriate chakra, form the basis of this exquisite treatment. The chakra blends are chosen for each client following a personal questionnaire that reveals which chakras may be out of balance. Each treatment is specific to your needs and includes a marma massage on the face, a body scrub and full body massage.

Marine Flora Facial

This facial helps to release stress and tension from the face and scalp. It uses seaweed, seaweed lettuce and seaweed lavender which helps to brighten and refresh the skin but is also great for acne prone / oily / spotty skin as it helps to heal it, and is also anti ageing. This facial uses techniques such as cranial holds which give the illusion of opening up the scalp and making more room within the cranial, and nerve point therapy which focus on releasing tension from the face.

Balance Wrap

Our detox wrap contains a concentrated and highly effective mixture of active ingredients and minerals which work together to firm and tone the skin, shrink fat deposits and assist in the dispersion of toxins which contribute towards the appearance of cellulite. Your skin will feel smoother and look healthier after a single treatment. While many clients notice immediate inch loss in the treated areas, it should not be considered a weight loss treatment but as part of a body detox program. It is particularly effective when used in combination with manual lymphatic massage or with colon hydrotherapy as part of one of balance's mini cleansing programs.

Lymphatic Drainage

This full body massage focuses on your lymphatic system and is a very gentle and effective massage that stimulates the removal of toxins from your body. The lymphatic system transports nutrients to cells and eliminates metabolic wastes, toxins and excess fluid from the body. When the lymphatic system becomes blocked, lymphatic fluid builds up and stagnates, causing the entire system to become toxic. This massage helps clear the blockages, which allows your lymphatic system to eliminate excess fluid, metabolic wastes and toxins from the body, and to transport nutrients to cells and increase metabolic efficiency.

Colonic Hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy is the gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water, to remove encrusted fecal matter, gas and mucus. This allows vital nutrients to be absorbed more easily and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and healthier. By removing the waste material from the colon, the process of detoxification is given a boost and the harmful bacteria that are produced by encrusted fecal matter are removed from the body. Colon hydrotherapy helps your immune system to help itself, by giving it a chance to breathe and allowing the lymphatic system to effectively cleanse your body.
