Each month, Alan invites various suppliers and vineyards from across the world to introduce their wines. The evening includes a welcome reception, tutored tasting and deliciously prepared dinner by our Executive Chef Luke Matthews.
GLORIOUS GAME DINNER

Sunday 22nd August
Alan Holmes, Chef Sommelier at Chewton Glen and Dr Nick W. Sotherton of the Game Conservancy Trust will be your hosts for a delicious four-course dinner on Sunday 22nd August celebrating the "Glorious Twelfth" and the start of the Red Grouse season.
Alan will present a wonderful array of fabulous wines to accompany the menu for the evening and Dr Sotherton will talk about the work of the Game Conservancy Trust and its aim for a thriving countryside rich in game and other wildlife, which uses science to promote game and wildlife management as an essential part of nature conservation.
The Trust also aims to influence government policy with sound science that creates progressive and effective policies that support best practice for field sports that contribute to improving the biodiversity of the countryside.
Non-residential - £95.00 per person
Includes: Drinks reception and canapes, four-course dinner with specially selected wines, coffee.
Overnight Package - From £214.50 per person
Includes: All elements above, overnight accommodation, continental breakfast, full use of the award-winning spa and leisure facilities. Prices based on two guests sharing a Bronze Room.
