Midweek from £205 per person
From bean to bar you will be taken on a journey from the plantation to the factory to understand and appreciate what makes good chocolate and what makes great chocolate. The class will start with a tasting of a variety of different chocolates and then it gets creative with your choice of flavours for chocolate truffles. We will also demystify tempering and show you the quickest and easiest way to temper at home with just a bowl and a spoon!
During the day we will break for lunch from The Kitchen Restaurant during which one of our bar team will make you our favourite chocolate cocktail. And of course to go with your tea or coffee we'll serve up some churros with hot chocolate sauce. At the end of the class you will have lots of chocolate treats all beautifully packaged up to take home (sharing optional!).
