Afternoon Kitchen: Recreate Chewton Glen Classics

Learn to cook the most popular recipes from The Dining Room at Chewton Glen in this half day class.

Chef Tutor - Rob Cottam

  • Double-baked Emmental soufflé
  • Chocolate fondant, salted caramel, spiced apples and Calvados ice-cream
  • Chewton Glen honey flapjacks

Dishes may be subject to slight change to reflect the seasonal produce available.

Arrive – 2.00pm for refreshments, meet and greet with Rob and a run through of the afternoon.

Finish – 4.30pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
