Explore the diverse grounds at Chewton Glen alongside our resident forager and preserve maker Jen Williams. As you stroll through the estate Jen will share her tips for identifying and picking edible wild plants and fruits. After the tour you will enjoy a lunch in The Kitchen inspired by your finds before settling down to watch Jen show you how to make the perfect preserve with the ingredients currently available. At the end of the day you will leave feeling inspired, with confidence to forage in your local area not only safely but legally and sustainably, alongside a jar of delicious homemade preserve.

Arrive – 9.30am for refreshments, meet and greet with Jennifer and run through the day. 

Finish - 3.30-4.00pm take home The Kitchen apron.
