Afternoon Kitchen: James Martin's Perfect Puddings
Midweek half day course from £135 per person
James Martin started off his career in the pastry section at Chewton Glen. He and his dishes went on to become a household name, especially when it came to desserts. We will teach you the secrets behind James Martin's favourite recipes on this half day cookery class.

Arrive – 2.00pm for refreshments, meet and greet with Rob and a run through of the afternoon.
Finish – 4.30pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
