HR Administrator (24-40 hours per week)

24-40 hours per week 

Join Chewton Glen as a HR Administrator, your role will be to provide a comprehensive, confidential HR function to all Chewton Glen staff, building strong relationships with both the employees and the management team to support the achievement of our vision and values.

Administration

• To raise purchase invoices for all job advertisements posted on various websites and newspapers.
• To process contracts and offer letters.
• To ensure personal files and the HR system are constantly maintained with updated information.
• To process leaver documentation, invite to exit Interview.
• To update staffing lists when required.
• To update reports for the HOD meetings.
• To arrange for all staff who has contact with food to have an up to date Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• To manage and action post daily.
• To assist with training events and training courses.
• To ensure that all uniforms are ordered and supplied correctly to new employees and the correct process is completed for the return of uniform, locker key and fob for all leavers
• To support and assist in the organisation of staff events and awards.
• To assist with staff welfare.
• To support the office by assisting where possible when conducting administration tasks.
• To manage phone calls, email inbox and pass messages.
• To apply and monitor reference requests for new employees.

• To deliver a team working approach with superiors, peers and cross functionally.
• To create close working relationships across all areas business and relevant business partners.

• To focus on self-development.
