A Chewton Glen Takeover...

8th - 14th October

Join Luke this October as he graces Jumeirah Carlton Tower’s Rib Room restaurant to bring guests a unique countryside culinary experience in London’s Knightsbridge. Luke will take over the kitchen for 7 days. During this time, he will work with the Executive Head Chef of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Simon Young, to transform the restaurant’s à la carte menu into a replica of some of the dishes at The Dining Room. Alongside the extensive Chewton Glen à la carte menu, guests will still be able to enjoy The Rib Room’s signature rib of beef and Dover sole dishes.
