Adam Dyke

Operations Director

Adam joined the team in the summer of 2018 as Operations Director. He is a St Julian Scholar, having attended the renowned General Managers Programme in Cornell in the USA in 2017. Adam previously trained as a chef before moving front of house and into managing a variety of restaurants from volume led to fine dining. He's managed some prestigious properties across Northern England including the multiple award-winning Yorebridge House, Wynyard Hall and most recently as General Manager of the 4 red star, 4 rosette Devonshire Arms in Yorkshire.

During Adam’s tenure at The Devonshire Arms he was awarded the Boutique Hotelier’s General Manager of the Year. It has always been Adam’s ambition to work at the highest level and he is loving his new role here at Chewton Glen.
