Adam began his career within De Vere Hotels, on the Trainee Management Programme at The Dormy Hotel. Once Adam completed his trainee management programme he was offered the chance to be a part of the operational opening team for Hennessey’s Fine Dining Restaurant. Whilst at The Dormy Hotel, Adam was part of the management team as Guest Services Manager before moving to the Leisure Club as Assistant Leisure Club Manager.
After which, the opportunity arose at Rhinefield House hotel, part of the Handpicked collection, where Adam was Guest Services Manager and assisted in the daily management of the operation as well as taking on the role of Conference and Banqueting Manager. Within this time, helping to move Rhinefield’s status from a 3 black star to a 4 red star property, which at the time was the only red star property in the immediate area of the New Forest.
Having worked in a red star environment and wishing to continue within this area, Adam took the position of Conference and Banqueting Manager at The Chewton Glen, where for the past several years he has been overseeing the Conference and Banqueting Operations.
