Having grown up within the hospitality industry Alex had always shown a passion for food and wine. It was whilst studying and working part-time at Delaire Graff Estate that he realised his destiny was to pursue a future in hotel and catering. Alex moved from South Africa to England, where he took up a role with us in The Dining Room, he is now Food & Beverage Operations Manager and has been with us over five years.
