A full day cookery class experience

Join us for a journey of exotic tastes and immerse yourself in the flavours of South East Asian street food. From Vietnam to China, we will guide you through our favourite dishes from the vibrant, cultured and plentiful vendor stalls from markets across the orient offering an experience not to miss.

Course Overview

  • The class will begin at 9:30am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • In the middle of the day, break for lunch around the chef’s table tucking into the delicious food you have cooked, accompanied by a glass of wine.

  • Finish – 3.30pm, taking home your delicious creations, new found knowledge and skills, and The Kitchen apron.
