A Taste of Hampshire

£125 per person

Join us at the cookery school as we take you on a gastronomic tour celebrating some of the best locally sourced produce in Hampshire, including the finest English trout from the pure Chalkstream waters of the Rivers Test & Itchen.
This class will teach a variety of culinary skills to significantly improve your efficiency in the kitchen, including filleting trout, preparation of clams and how to cook them both to perfection, sauce making and pastry making.

Course Overview

  • The class will begin at 10am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Sit down for lunch around 1pm and enjoy a delicious dish you have cooked with a glass of wine to compliment your meal.

  • Finish – 1.30pm approximately, taking home your creations, The Kitchen apron and your new found knowledge in the kitchen.
