Teen Masterclass - Asian Appetizers
£75 per person
Our interactive and hands on Teen Masterclasses will keep budding chefs entertained as well as teaching them the basics in the kitchen. This class is an introduction to Asian Appetizers, from Indian Pakoras to oriental Salmon Nori, offering recipes to create time and time again. This class also includes preparation of a whole squid, perfect to fry in a light batter.
After the class, your teens will get to dine with their new class mates and enjoy their delicious creations.
Teen Masterclasses are designed for children ages 12-17. For children ages 8 - 11 please consider our Junior Chef classes.

Course Overview
Arrive – 2pm for refreshments, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run-through of the class.
Get a feel for kitchen life at your own workstation with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your delicious dishes.
Finish – 4.30pm taking home your new found knowledge and skills, and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team.
