The Best Of Bread

£110 per person

If you are wanting to learn the secrets behind creating fresh and tasty artisan bread this is class for you. During the day you will look at different flours, how to achieve different textures and finishes and the importance of kneading and proving so that you can make the perfect loaf whatever the ingredient or shape. After this class you’ll never want to buy supermarket bread again!

Due to the nature of the recipes used in this class we are unable to accommodate guests with an allergy or intolerance to gluten. Please contact our reservations team for details of classes which will be suitable or can be adapted for guests with this dietary requirement.

Arrive – 10am for refreshments, meet and greet with your Chef Tutor and enjoy a run-through of the day.

Finish – 1.30pm take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
