Bread - The Next Level

£95 per person

This is not just a bread baking class, this is a bread baking class at The Kitchen.

Forgo the simple bread rolls, this class will take you to the next level, showing you how to bake like the professionals with recipes such as Focaccia and a chorizo and gruyère loaf, baked to perfection. As well as these you'll learn how to prepare and make seeded, milk and soda breads for any occassion. So let Chef Tutor, Steve and the team take you to the top of bread baking - it's nice up here!

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
