From the importance of seasonality and locality of every dish, to the diversity of flavours and the culture in which it's prepared - these are just some of the reasons why Italian cuisine is a popular choice amongst households across the globe.

Join us for a special cookery class where we celebrate essential Italy; refining technique, exploring new flavours, creating exquisite dishes you know and love from scratch. From ravioli to risotto, focaccia to pesto, and just when you thought your tastebuds are well and truly satisfied we introduce you to Baci di Dama... bellissimo!

Dishes may be subject to slight change to reflect the seasonal produce available.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
