From mouth-watering crab to delicious mackerel, fish is one of the most underrated ingredients available to us which is why this is a cookery class not to be missed. Discover the culinary secrets of preparing the most exquisite of seafood triumphs from Chef Tutor, Steve Bulmer. Each dish filled with a plethora of flavours, sending your taste-buds into a frenzy with every bite.

With Crab & Saffron Tart, Nage of Fish & Shellfish and Escabèche of Vegetables with Soused Mackerel on the agenda, this class is ideal for those seeking to expand their culinary skills or those looking to truly impress at their next dinner party.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
