The perfect introduction to the world of game, this class will give you the skills and confidence to cook some of the most exciting wild meat available in Britain.

When poultry just won't do... it's time to up your game. Introducing a NEW cookery class which will give you the skills and confidence to cook some of the most tender, wild meat available in Britain. Chef Tutor, Steve will teach you how to prepare the most succulent of Game dishes from Venison Stew to Roast Partridge with Garlic Confit, with each dish is accompanied by garnishes including game chops, celeriace pureé and red cabbage - the perfect winter warmer.

Please note this class does not including plucking and drawing of the meat.

Dishes may be subject to slight change to reflect the seasonal produce available.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
