Pasta Pronto

A class designed for those with a love of Italian food, join us as we go back to basics…

This class is ideal for vegetarians seeking inspiration for their weekly dinner menu. With the likes of Pappardelle and Ravioli on the class agenda, you'll learn how to make and cut fresh pasta to accompany an array of delicious flavours for the most authentic Italian dishes.

Due to the nature of the recipes used in this class we are unable to accommodate guests with an allergy or intolerance to gluten or egg. Please contact our reservations team for details of classes which will be suitable or can be adapted for guests with these dietary requirements.

Dishes may be subject to slight change to reflect the seasonal produce available.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
