During this half day cookery course, we'll introduce you to some simple delights you can cook at home. Try your hand at preparing dishes such as pheasant with sherry and wild rice and grilled sardines with gremolata - each delicious and simple to prepare.
Please note guests will not be required to pluck and draw the pheasant for this dish, it will be given to you ready to cook.

Dishes may be subject to slight change to reflect the seasonal produce available.
Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.
Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
