Taste of Hampshire

£110 per person

Join Chef Tutor Steve Bulmer for a full day cookery class featuring produce from our local suppliers. Steve will take you on a gastronomic tour of Hampshire, celebrating some of our favourite producers such as Lyburn cheese, Chalkstream trout.

So join us and celebrate the fantastic taste of Hampshire at The Kitchen Cookery School.

8th May is VE Day Bank Holiday so why not join us for our most English class.

Lybern cheese, leek and mushroom pithivier, watercress salad
Fricasse of Chalkstream trout with clams, peas and dill cream
Lamb rump with butter bean puree and salsa verde

Dishes may be subject to slight change to reflect the seasonal produce available.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Finish – 2pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
