Thai Aromatics

It’s the strong aromatic components of Thai cooking that makes it one of the most popular cuisines in the world. With the importance of balancing spice, salt, sweet and sour in every dish, this cookery class will introduce you to the hallmark flavours of this extraordinary country.

Chef Tutor, Steve Bulmer will teach you how to cook iconic dishes such as Pad Thai and Thai Green Curry, as well as perfecting jasmine rice and a sweet Pandan Mousse with Pineapple. So put your culinary skills to the test, and leave The Kitchen with a few more recipes under your sleeve.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

Finish – Approx 2pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
