Bake with Mich Turner MBE

£195 per person

Founder of Little Venice Cake Company Mich is a qualified Food Scientist and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. She is described as ‘Queen of Couture Cakes’ thanks to her multi-awarding winning designs and A-list clientele. In 2010, Mich received an MBE for her services to the catering industry.

During this full day baking class Mich will guide you through some of her favourite recipes focusing on boosting their nutritional value whilst keeping the bakes utterly delicious. Mich will also share how her recipes can be adapted to certain dietary requirements.

At the end of the class you will leave with two showstoppers to impress your loved ones and plenty of ideas and skills to recreate at home.

Signed books and Mich’s range of china will be available to purchase on the day.

Arrive – 9.30am for refreshments, meet and greet with Mich and a run through of the day.

In the middle of the day we will break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area. With many of the classes you will be tucking into the food you have cooked and for some we will provide dishes from The Kitchen restaurant, all accompanied with a glass of wine. During the day we will show you around our kitchen garden and pop into our beautiful greenhouse, introducing you to our gardeners if they are tending to the beds at the time.

Finish – 3.00pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
