Cook with Healthy Chef Steph

£125 per person

We're excited to welcome Healthy Chef Steph Elswood to the Cookery School. Having created her @HealthyChefSteph profile at the beginning of 2015, Steph's refreshing approach to healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle has been featured in numerous health and fitness magazines, including ‘Women's Fitness’, Hello! Magazine, Grazia and Women's Health.

Steph has taken the health and fitness world by storm, with her high energy work out video, fitness tips, recipes and her honest out look on life, she became a European Ambassador for Nike Women and JD Women and worked on some incredible brand deals including Garnier, Holland and Barett, Tesco's, St Tropez and Sky Sports to name a few.

During the class Steph will introduce you to some of her favourite Vegan recipes that are easy to source, easy to prepare and very easy to enjoy! Steph believes Vegan food can be both nutritious and delicious, you just need to know where to begin... so let's get started!!

  • Homemade hummus and crudites
  • Lentil and vegetable wellington with roasted root vegetables
  • Plum and dark chocolate crumble

There are two classes to choose from:

9.30am - 12pm and 2pm - 4.30pm

Arrive – for refreshments, meet and greet with Steph and a run through of the day.

In the middle of the day we will break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area. With many of the classes you will be tucking into the food you have cooked and for some we will provide dishes from The Kitchen restaurant, all accompanied with a glass of wine. During the day we will show you around our kitchen garden and pop into our beautiful greenhouse, introducing you to our gardeners if they are tending to the beds at the time.

Finish – take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
