Teen Masterclass - Vegetarian (Age 12-16)

So many young people are turning to a Vegetable based diet. On this course, we will educate these teen chefs on creating balanced flavours, the benefits of using seasonal vegetables and the inclusion of key vegetable proteins along with the knife skills to chop veg like a pro. The results will be delicious and everyone will want to taste their amazing pasta dish, with its variety of sauces or tuck into a slice of their provencal tomato tart, just yummy!

Arrive – 2pm for refreshments, meet and greet with the tutor and a run through of the morning.
Finish – 4.30pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
