Seasonal Dinner Party (Autumn)

£190 per person

Ideal for dinner parties, lunches and suppers, our seasonal entertaining courses will teach you how to prepare your menu ahead of time and cook multiple portions together, to enable you to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your guests. Our seasonal dinner party classes change with the season to show off ingredients at their very best and to give you inspiration at whatever time of year. Our chef tutor will also talk through variations for the dishes featured on each course – suggesting alternative fish, meat, vegetables, nuts, spices and herbs – to give you an even wider selection of recipe ideas.

  • Jerusalem artichoke soup with scallops and rosemary
  • Pumpkin ravioli with mustard, fruits and sage butter
  • Roast pheasant with green lentils, deglazed with fine ruby port
  • Tate tatin with creme fraiche 

Dishes may be subject to slight changes to reflect the seasonal produce available.

Arrive – 9.30am for refreshments, meet and greet with your Chef Tutor and enjoy a run-through of the day.

Finish – 3.30pm take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
