Wednesday 18th April
Tom Kerridge opened his gastropub The Hand and Flowers in Marlow in 2005 and in 2011 it became the first pub to receive two Michelin stars, an accolade still held today. He opened his second pub in Marlow, The Coach in 2014 which received three AA Rosettes, a score of 5/10 in the Good Food Guide and voted third best pub in Britain by the Top 50 Gastropub Awards within its first year of trading. The Coach was awarded one Michelin star in the 2018 Guide. Tom has also recently been awarded the coveted “Chef Award” at the 2017 Cateys.
Tom first appeared on television on 2009, competing in BBC Two’s Great British Menu where he won the main course, and the following year won the main course for the second time. Since then Tom has appeared on MasterChef, Saturday Kitchen, lead presenter of the first series of Bake Off: Crème de la Crème and had his own shows in collaboration with his cookbooks including Proper Pub Food, Tom’s Best Ever Dishes and his latest book Lose Weight For Good following his ten stone weight loss over the last three years. With just 12 in a class this is a unique opportunity to interact with Tom as he demonstrates his dishes and for him to help you every step of the way as you cook his favourite recipes from The Hand and Flowers and The Coach.

Arrive – 9.30am for refreshments, meet and greet with Tom and a run through of the morning.
