After being crowned 2018’s MasterChef UK: The Professional’s winner and with an impressive résumé working under the culinary navigation of Michelin Starred Chefs, suffice to say we are very excited to welcome Chef Laurence Henry to The Kitchen at Chewton Glen. 

Having trained at Ashburton Chefs Academy and at one point in his career calling the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton his boss, Laurence brings with him a wealth of knowledge and mouth-watering recipes to teach you. His passion for Asian food plays an integral part in his cuisine maintaining simplicity with plenty of flavour.
