As the seasons change, join Katie for an evening of rest, movement and relaxation inspired by autumn. Through breathwork, ceremonial cacao, mindful movement and yin yoga, you'll be invited to slow down, reset and embrace the quieter pace of the season.
The evening concludes with a calming sound bath, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and ready for the months ahead. No experience is required and all are welcome.
Forest Harvest Wellness

Perfect for newcomers and those keen to pick up a racquet again, this six-week Rusty Racquets course is a great way to develop your game in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Wreath Making
Date: Wednesday 25 November

Following a demonstration by Sarah from Corbins Florist, you'll create your own beautifully scented Christmas door wreath using the techniques and tips shared during the session.
Working with an abundance of textured foliage, berries, dried hydrangeas, and natural decorative elements, you'll craft a stunning seasonal wreath finished with a beautiful ribbon. All materials and tools are included.
Enjoy a mulled wine and mince pie as you bring your design to life, creating a festive piece to welcome guests throughout the Christmas season.
Members are welcome to bring a guest at the member rate. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

'Ayurveda & Sound Healing Retreat Evening

Discover the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the science of living well, with Ayurvedic practitioner Melissa Lomas.
During this insightful session, you'll gain an understanding of Ayurvedic principles, learn about your unique constitution and explore practical ways to create greater balance and support overall wellbeing.
With the colder months approaching, Melissa will also share guidance on Ayurvedic herbs and remedies traditionally used to support the body through cough and cold season.
The experience concludes with a restorative sound healing session and a soothing herbal tea, offering a calming and uplifting end to your evening.
Deep Rest Retreat in Wengen
Following the Alpine Wellness event hosted earlier this September in partnership with Anchor & Atlas and Grand Hotel Belvedere, members are invited to continue their wellness journey with a Deep Rest Retreat in Wengen, taking place 3 to 6 December.
Set against the backdrop of the Swiss Alps, this three-night retreat is designed to encourage true rest and restoration.
The programme includes morning Vinyasa yoga, evening Yin and Yoga Nidra sessions, a guided winter walk, one spa treatment per guest, half-board dining, and a guaranteed room upgrade.
Suitable for all experience levels, places are limited, with rates starting from CHF 2,140 per room.
