Croquet Masterclass

Our croquet pro Martin Dock is a member of High Wycombe Croquet Club and since 2005 has been introducing guests to the joys of croquet at prestigious hotels and other venues.
Martin recommends the modern game of Golf Croquet: with simpler rules and no extra goes, players contest the same hoop at the same time making Golf Croquet more social and more interactive, and the fastest-growing and most popular form of the game at croquet clubs around the world.
Like tennis, croquet can be played as doubles so ideally please register your interest as a side of two players. Or if you are a single player will can help to pair you up. The emphasis will be on fun, and you can pick up tips on technique and tactics throughout the session.

Sip and Paint

Join creative designer Becki Clark for a relaxing and creative workshop exploring the art of watercolour floral painting.
Becki will begin with simple colour-mixing exercises to help attendees become familiar with the paints and build confidence in using watercolour techniques. She will then guide participants through painting a selection of seasonal flowers in a loose, flowing style.
Throughout the session, Becki will share plenty of tips and techniques for creating beautiful watercolour florals, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
All materials are provided, and attendees will take home their paint set along with their completed floral paintings. A glass of red or white wine is also offered to enjoy as part of the session!
