Learn the secrets to full preparation of a variety of fish and seafood before cooking to perfection with mouth-watering results. Teaching you techniques and crucial knife skills to reduce any unnecessary waste, this class will greatly improve your efficiency and grow your confidence in the kitchen whether preparing a meal for one or the whole family.

Course Overview
The class will begin at 10am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
In the middle of the day, break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area tucking into the food you have cooked, accompanied by a glass of wine.
Finish – 4pm, taking home your delicious creations, new found knowledge and skills, and The Kitchen apron as a souvenir of your day.
