A full day cookery class experience

Learn the secrets to filleting and cooking fish and seafood to perfection as we show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve, teaching you all the skills you need to know. From selecting the freshest fish and shellfish to scaling to cooking, you will leave the class ready to wow at that all important dinner party.

Course Overview

  • The class will begin at 9:30am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • In the middle of the day, break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area tucking into the food you have cooked, accompanied by a glass of wine.

  • Finish – 3.30pm, taking home your delicious creations, new found knowledge and skills, and The Kitchen apron as a souvenir of your day.
