Pastry can take a variety of forms from which you can create an abundance of beautiful dishes and delights, from Pies to Tarts, and Croissants to Quiches. Join us and begin the journey of mastering Shortcrust, Puff and Sweet pastry with 2 deliciously sweet desserts and a quintessentially fluffy Quiche.

Course Overview
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
In the middle of the day, break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area tucking into your beautifully baked Ultimate Quiche, accompanied by a glass of wine.
Finish – taking home your delicious creations, recipes, new skills, and The Kitchen apron.
