Steeped in history and lapped by the Mediterranean Sea, Greece is home to some of the finest ingredients in the world. Following the Greek way of using the freshest simple ingredients, our chef tutor will guide you through a selection of meze dishes that will whisk you into the Greek sunshine. Of course, it wouldn't be real Greek cuisine without the wheat and olive oil being accompanied by a glass of wine!

Course Overview
The class will begin at 10am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Sit down for lunch around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you have cooked together before heading home.
Finish – 1.30pm approximately, taking home your creations, recipes and The Kitchen Apron as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school.

We will supply containers for you to transport your delicious creations home in, however in the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own containers from home.
