Lee Clarkson

Lee has spent the last 19 years working his way through the elite side of the industry. In his early years he trained at Burton Catering College and worked for the well-respected Charlie Lakin before becoming a part of Simon Rogan’s teams in Cartmel where he gained Michelin experience. This opportunity allowed him to take on the Head Chef role at Gilpin Hotel and Lakehouse where he achieved 3 AA rosettes in his first year.

Lee has also had lots of experience cooking for celebrities and Rock Bands across the world, most notably the lead chef for The Rolling Stones.

Most recently Lee was head hunted as Head Chef for the newly opened Mana Restaurant in Manchester which was awarded a Michelin star in its first year.

Lee brings lots of fine dining and experience to the Kitchen, and will be working closely with the team to provide the best quality possible to the guests. His menus will be seasonal and focus on the best quality produce available from the local area.
