From the bustling markets of Mumbai to the street corners of Mexico City, this class is a global tasting tour you can cook yourself.
Expect zingy, spicy, crispy and crave worthy snacks, each with its own story and tradition. Perfect for flavour hunters and fun loving cooks who want to shake up their skills. No passport needed. Just bring your appetite.

Course Overview
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the dishes you have created, accompanied with a refreshment to reward your hard work.
Any food that you have created that you do not wish to eat on the day can be packaged up for you to take home with you. We will provide you with containers to take food home and bags to carry them in, however in the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own from home.
Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school!
Course Dishes
"Pani Puri" - Crisp, hollow puris filled with spiced mashed potatoes, chickpeas & tangy tamarind water, offering a refreshing burst of sweet, spicy & sour flavours in every bite.
Falafel Wraps - Crunchy falafel made from chickpeas, herbs & spices, tucked into pita bread with fresh vegetables, tangy pickles, & creamy tahini sauce
"Elote" - Mexican Street Corn - Charred corn on the cob slathered in creamy mayo, dusted with chili powder & cotija or vegan cheese, finished with a squeeze of fresh lime.
Thai Fritters - Crispy vegetable fritters infused with Thai spices, served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Things to know
In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.
