Welcome to "Sizzle & Serve", where bold flavours meet high heat and fast action. This high energy cookery class experience is all about mastering techniques that turn up the heat and bring dishes to life with a satisfying sizzle. Think searing, flambéing, wok tossing and quick fire cooking methods that pack a flavour punch. Whether you are channelling street food vibes or dinner party showstoppers, you will learn how to cook with confidence, speed & style.

Course Overview

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the dishes you have created, accompanied with a refreshment to reward your hard work.

  • Any food that you have created that you do not wish to eat on the day can be packaged up for you to take home with you. We will provide you with containers to take food home and bags to carry them in, however in the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own from home.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school!

Course Dishes

  • Spicy Gochujang Chicken Skewers - Marinated & grilled to caramelised perfection, served with sesame slaw

  • Garlic Butter Steak Bites - Seared over high heat, served with chimichurri drizzle & crispy smashed potatoes

  • Thai Style Vegetable Stir Fry - Wok tossed seasonal vegetables in a tamarind & chili glaze, served over jasmine rice

  • Flaming Honey Rum Pineapple - Caramelised tableside flambé dessert with vanilla mascarpone

Things to know

  • In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.

  • We are often making improvements to recipes and adapting the dishes taught on our classes to enhance your experience. Dishes on this class may be subject to change.
