Supper Club - Indian Curry

Join us for an immersive cookery class where you will learn to prepare a traditional Indian meal featuring Chicken Madras, Jeera Rice, & Chapati. This class is designed to give you hands-on experience with Indian cooking techniques & spice combinations, bringing the vibrant flavours of India to your kitchen.
Under the guidance of our expert chef tutor & team, you will participate in each step of the cooking process, from preparing ingredients to plating your dishes. You will gain practical tips and techniques to recreate these recipes at home.

Course Overview
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Evening cookery classes focus on one meal. Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Gather around the Chef's Table after your class to enjoy your creation with a glass of wine to compliment your meal.
Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school!

Chicken Madras - a flavourful & spicy curry from south India, known for its rich use of coconut milk and a combination of aromatic spices that give it a distinct and bold taste.

In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.
