This season’s offering includes standout dishes such as the Wiltshire Game & Wild Mushroom Pie, enriched with sloe gin, blackberry and buttered kale; the Smoked Haddock Kedgeree, delicately spiced and finished with crispy shallots and cucumber raita; and the Dorset Blue Vinny & Broccoli Quiche, served with winter leaves and pickled walnut ketchup.
With two courses at £30 and three at £36, the menu invites guests to savour the richness of the season in the relaxed elegance of The Dining Room.
