This spa day is more than just an indulgence. It's an experience that will leave your mind calm, your body relaxed and your soul completely soothed. Discover the incredible powers of mindfulness with this exclusive spa day at Chewton Glen. 

Begin your blissful spa visit with a nutritious breakfast followed by your first Mindfulness class, conducted by Dr Maret Dymond-Basset. Dr Dymond-Basset is a Clinical Psychologist who works as a mindfulness teacher and trainer at the University of Oxford, as well as the New Forest. With emphasis on cultivating wellbeing, joy and appreciation for life, you'll feel completely rejuvenated after this spa experience, ready to take on the daily hustle and bustle of life without a care.

There will also be a range of mindfulness books and CDs available to purchase on the day if you wish to continue your experience at home.

This Spa Day Includes:

  • 8:30 – Arrival for breakfast
  • 9:30 to 11:00 – Mindfulness Session 
  • 11:00 to 11:30 – Opportunity to have tea/coffee and use the facilities
  • 12:30 to 13:30 – Beach walk
  • 13:30 to 14:30 – Buffet lunch
  • 14:30 to 16:00 – 45 minute treatment of choice and time to use the spa facilities 
  • 16:15 to 17:15 - Mindfulness Movement Session
  • 17:30 – Opportunity to continue using spa into the evening
