For those that crave a pudding, the comforting after dinner indulgence, this is the class for you. We will take you through skills, techniques and recipes needed to satisfy your sweet tooth with your after dinner treat.

If you would prefer to book over the phone or using a voucher as payment/part-payment please contact reservations on 01425 282212 or email your details to cook@chewtonglen.com. Unfortunately, vouchers can only be redeemed via the phone or email, not through the booking system.

Course Overview

  • The class will begin at 9:30am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • In the middle of the day we will break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area. We do not expect you to eat your scrumptious puddings for lunch, so lunch will be provided by the wonderful team in The Kitchen.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Finish – 3.30pm approximately, taking home your creations, recipes and The Kitchen Apron as a souvenir of your day at the cookery school.

Course Dishes

  • White chocolate and whisky croissant butter pudding

  • Chocolate éclairs

  • Apple and thyme tarte tatin

Dishes may be subject to slight changes to reflect the seasonal produce available.
In the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own containers to transport your delicious creations home in.
