It’s the strong aromatic components of Thai cooking that makes it one of the most popular cuisines in the world. With the importance of balancing spice, salt, sweet and sour in every dish, this cookery class will introduce you to the hallmark flavours of this extraordinary country. Put your culinary skills to the test, and leave The Kitchen with a few more recipes under your sleeve.

Course Overview

  • Arrive – 10am for coffee and pastries or sweet treats, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run-through of the day.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Sit down for lunch at around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked together before heading home.

  • Finish – Approx 1.30pm, taking home your leftover creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!

  • Thai green curry with jasmine rice

  • Steamed pork & crab shui mai with soy chilli dipping sauce
