Find the perfect cookery courses

Stroll through the garden into the Cookery School and settle into your workstation. Spend time seated around the station of Chef Tutor Gerard, where you will learn new skills before creating your own masterpiece under the watchful eye of the Chef. 

Please note that our Chef Tutor may not be available in every class. We recommend checking before you book your place.

Our cookery classes are open to hotel residents and non-residents alike.

Full Day Classes

Our full day courses provide in-depth knowledge and allow you to delve deeper in your exploration of different cultures and cuisines. All participants will also receive a Recipe Pack and a Kitchen Apron to take home.
