Chocolate Desserts & Truffles

£210 per person

Join us for a full day of chocolate heaven, learning from renowned Pâtissier and Chocolatier, Allan Collier. Known for his many years as Head Chef Patissier for The Ritz, London, Allan will guide you step by step to create mouth-watering chocolate desserts perfect for any occasion.

Begin your day with a tasting of dark, white & milk chocolate from South Africa, Switzerland and France, learning about the origins of chocolate and why it became known as the 'Food of the Gods'.

Prepare and bake off a dark chocolate tart in a cappuccino crust before getting whipped up with a white chocolate mousse with vodka-soaked fresh strawberries and raspberries.

After a light lunch and a glass of wine, revive the chocolate urge working together to make a selection of handmade milk chocolate truffles that will be bagged and beautifully presented, ready for you to gift at Christmas.

Course Overview

  • The class will begin at 9:30am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Sit down for lunch around 1pm. We do not expect you to eat your delicious desserts for lunch, so for this class lunch will be provided by the wonderful team in The Kitchen.

  • Finish – 3.30pm approximately, taking home your creations, new found knowledge and The Kitchen Apron.
