Handmade Chocolate Truffles

Begin your day with a chocolate tasting session learning from renowned Pâtissier and Chocolatier, Allan Collier, known for his role as Head Pastry Chef at The Ritz, London.

Get hands-on, melting, piping, tempering and dipping your own chocolate truffles that you will decorate with a variety of finishes. After finishing your luxurious selection of handmade chocolates learn to professionally present and package them beautifully with ribbons and bows ready for gifts for family or friends this Christmas.

Course Overview

  • The class will begin at 9.30am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Finish – 12pm approximately taking home your handmade, beautifully wrapped and presented dark chocolate truffles perfect for you to gift this Christmas.

Course Dishes

  • Dark Chocolate Truffles - Using Valrhona chocolate you will make approximately 100 truffles.
