Join us on a culinary trip through the streets of Bangkok and its food stalls. Learn how to prepare the popular Thai red curry, creating the paste with the aromatic flavours of lemon grass, Thai chillies, galagal & soy.
Try your wok skills with spiced king prawns with glass noodles and the classic Pad Pad Kee Mao, also known as "Drunken Noodles". Few can deny the delicious flavours of Thai cuisine and with this half day class you will have the chance to try new mouth-watering recipes to impress your friends & family.

Course Overview
The class will begin at 10am. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Sit down for lunch around 1pm and enjoy the delicious dishes you have cooked together before heading home.
Finish – 1.30pm approximately, taking home your creations and The Kitchen Apron. In the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own containers to transport your delicious creations home in.
