Bread - The Next Level

£190 per person

This is not just a bread baking class, this is a bread baking class at The Kitchen.

Forgo the simple bread rolls, this class will take you to the next level, showing you how to bake like the professionals with recipes such as Focaccia and a chorizo and gruyère loaf, baked to perfection. As well as these you'll learn how to prepare and make seeded, milk and soda breads for any occasion. So let Chef Tutor, Steve and the team take you to the top of bread baking - it's nice up here!

Due to the nature of the recipes used in this class, we are unable to accommodate guests with an allergy or intolerance to gluten. Please contact our reservations team for details of classes that will be suitable or can be adapted for guests with these dietary requirements.

Arrive – 10am for coffee and our tear and share cinnamon buns, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

Finish – 3.30pm, taking home your left over creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
