Stroll through the garden into the Cookery School and settle into your workstation. Spend time seated around the Chef Tutor, Gerard's station, where you will learn new skills before creating your own masterpiece under the watchful eye of the Chef.

If the course you are interested in is showing as sold out, do not worry! We update our website with new dates every few weeks and always aim to have the next three months worth of classes online at any given time, so if the class you want is not available, please check back again soon.
Half Day
After savouring your complimentary welcome refreshments, you will enjoy a mixture of demonstration and hands-on cooking, all under the watchful eye of our wonderful Chef Tutor. All participants will also receive a Recipe Pack and a Kitchen Apron to take home.
Lunch & Supper Clubs
Whether it's a date night, a celebration, or to gain some dinner inspiration, our Lunch & Supper Clubs are a great alternative to your standard meal out. Interactive, social and fun, these classes allow you to perfect your skills before enjoying your creation around the Chef's Table, accompanied with a delicious beverage. All participants will also receive a Recipe Pack and a Kitchen Apron to take home.
Full Day
After savouring your complimentary welcome refreshments, you will enjoy a mixture of demonstration and hands-on cooking, all under the watchful eye of our wonderful Chef Tutor, before gathering around the Chef's Table to enjoy the dishes you have created, accompanied with a glass of wine to reward your hard work in The Kitchen! Our full day courses provide in-depth knowledge and allow you to delve deeper in your exploration of different cultures and cuisines. All participants will also receive a Recipe Pack and a Kitchen Apron to take home.
Junior & Family
Inspiring the next generation of young Chefs, our Junior and Family Kitchen classes are fun and unique experiences, helping to improve confidence in The Kitchen and creating memories to last a lifetime. All participants will also receive a Recipe Pack and a Kitchen Apron to take home.
